Key Job Responsibilities

* owning delivery of test equipment design and fabrication across integrated electrical, mechanical, optics, compute, PCB, ICT, high voltage, pneumatics, and robotic systems.

* Scoping, managing, and ensuring delivery of multiple technical projects in parallel from concept to delivery

* Weekly reporting of performance of the team

* Leading daily stand up meetings and weekly team syncs

* Evaluating and identifying improvements to design process

* Maintaining high level of communication with cross-functional teams and partners.

* Maintaining a high bar when reviewing technical documents, drawings, CAD, etc.

* Maintaining internal ticketing system for mechanical programs

* Maintaining internal ticketing system for international shipments

Basic Qualifications

* BS/MS Mechanical Engineering (or similar field)

* 8+ years of Mechanical Engineering

* 2+ years of Management Experience

* Rigorous experience with Solidworks/PDM

* Experience with Oracle PLM system

* Experience with project management of technical projects

* Strong organizational and planning skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Asana or other Project Management programs

* Experience managing challenging assignments with aggressive schedules

* Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
