Job Title : Account Executive - Life Sciences

Location: Hybrid – Woburn, MA

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the life sciences industry, including Biotech, Pharma, and CROs.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to initiate relationships and generate job requisitions.

Strategic Staffing Solutions:

  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to identify, source, and place qualified life sciences professionals for roles such as research, clinical, regulatory, and quality.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Experience with selling Statement of Work (SOW) and FSP project-based opportunities preferred.
  • Stay informed about developments in the life sciences industry, including emerging trends, talent demands, and regulatory changes


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in staffing, account management, or business development within the life sciences sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a staffing or recruiting environment.
  • Experience in RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with strong project management abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
