Summary and Objective

The Sales Account Manager position is a key position within the Jet Club sales organization as a main point of contact for new prospects. In addition, the Sales Account Manager will begin the process of re-engagement of dormant leads and existing opportunities. The primary goal for the Sales Account Manager is to identify and source prospects to generate sales leads for the Senior Sales Director to develop and grow incremental sales production annually. The incumbent will uncover leads by mining the CRM database, reviewing assigned company leads list, prospecting, cold calling, and networking while documenting all activity and pipeline development in CRM.

  • Support and assist the Senior Vice President of Sales
  • Create new leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking events, company generated lead lists, and mining the database
  • Contact current members for referrals, set calls, appointments, in-person meetings, virtual meetings
  • Develop targeted sales lists, lead generation, business development strategy reports
  • Proactively segment prospects using the data within the system using qualifying factors such as net worth, experience with private aviation, flight needs, lead source, geographic location, interests and other customer relationship items
  • Educate, consult, and advise prospects on private aviation with focus on flyExclusive Jet Club product
  • Update SVP of Sales r new lead generation daily
  • Consolidate, analyze, and build the pipeline in CRM
  • Update and maintain CRM on a daily basis
  • Keep system up to date with information uncovered on prospects during the analysis and qualifying stages by the Jet Club executives
  • Act as the first day-to-day point of contact for Senior Sales VP of Sales for all Jet Club members, customers, and other external partners
  • Assist in the management of the calendar including scheduling and managing meetings
  • Planned Travel required, arrange travel and accommodations
  • Submit travel expenses
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes
  • As needed, act as a liaison to our Internal or External Events team
  • Provide support to events sponsored by the Executives of flyExclusive

Required education and experience

  • High School diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.

Preferred education and experience

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • 1 to 3 years Aerospace/ Aeronautics Experience
