Position Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven, customer-focused sales representative who loves turning leads into loyal customers and is passionate about earning money by delivering results. If you’re someone who doesn’t clock in and out but instead focuses on outcomes, we want you. This role offers a competitive salary plus commission—your earning potential is only limited by your ability to convert.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Convert Leads Quickly: Respond to warm leads within minutes—not hours—via phone, text, and email. Own the follow-up process until the lead converts or is disqualified.
- Ruthless Follow-Up: Maintain consistent, professional communication with leads to build trust and secure sales.
- Creative Selling: Innovate your sales approach for different customer types. Think beyond scripts—solve customer objections and adapt to their needs.
- Daily CRM Mastery: Track, organize, and optimize your leads in our CRM. Use data to improve your follow-up strategy and conversion rates. Leverage this data for campaign ideas to own.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaign ideas (organic, paid, or gorilla marketing). If you can dream it, we can test it.
- Boots-on-the-Ground Efforts: Explore local, hands-on marketing opportunities, like networking events or community partnerships, to drive lead generation.
- High Call Volume: Make consistent outbound calls daily to new leads, warm prospects, and past customers, with an emphasis on speed and efficiency.
- Text and Email Communication: Use personalized messaging to build rapport and convert customers, maintaining professionalism while being highly effective.
- Results-Driven Focus: Care less about how many hours you work and more about how many leads you convert. Your success is measured in results, not time.
Ideal Candidate:
- You move fast—when a lead comes in, you’re the first one to call, text, or email them.
- You have a whatever-it-takes attitude and refuse to take “no” for an answer.
- You thrive on commission-driven pay structures because you know you’re worth it.
- You’re highly organized and tech-savvy, able to manage leads through a CRM like a pro.
- You’re a creative thinker who can problem-solve on the fly and loves testing new ideas.
- You don’t need hand-holding—you’re resourceful, motivated, and capable of driving results independently.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a fast-paced, commission-based environment). Experience in the home services or landscaping industry is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to follow up with leads and close deals when customers are available. Expect 55+ hours per week, more during Spring/Summer months.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable spending several hours daily on phone calls, with strong etiquette and professionalism.
- Familiarity with client management systems is a plus (i.e.Service Autopilot).
- High-energy and upbeat personality.
- Ability to handle situations where multitasking is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience in home services, landscaping, or related industries is a plus.
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) to communicate with a broader customer base is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or email automation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a designated work space at home.
- Must have high speed internet access at home.
Job Expectations
As a team member, you are expected to provide a professional and friendly service to all of our clients, vendors and team. Every client should have their phone calls and/or emails returned within 2 hours of the time they tried to contact us. Again, you are expected to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor. You should communicate with your direct report if you feel you are unable to complete certain tasks so he or she can help when possible.

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. The more you sell, the more you make—no limits.
