Job Description

We are in the Pet industry and are searching for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. MUST have 5+ years of sales related experience PLUS a BA degree in a Business related field to be considered.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Enhance client satisfaction, drive revenue, and retain key accounts.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with departments like marketing, sales, and logistics to meet client needs.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback.
  • Oversee account teams for key clients.
  • Ensure timely product and service delivery.
  • Act as a strategic partner to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales/account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven stability in previous roles.
  • Passion for pets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $72,000-$95,000 base + potential to make commission
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible as long as hitting 40 hours per week)
  • Location : Onsite
  • Type: Direct Hire
