Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist in case preparation.
- Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and legal documentation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
- File documents with courts, agencies, and other legal entities.
- Manage deadlines and case schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
- Draft correspondence, notices, and other legal communications.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
