Production Manager needed in the greater Philadelphia, PA market

The Position

Our client continues to grow each year and they have a new opening because the business is expanding. This dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to build a team of talented employees. The Production Manager will report to the VP of Manufacturing and manage the day-to-day operations of a facility.

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Base salary $120,000 - $140,000

Bonus $10,000 - $15,000

Annual Compensation $130,000 - $155,000
