LHH is seeking a highly skilled Medical Practice Administrator for one of our clients in the New Jersey area. This is a direct hire position that requires the ability to travel locally to ophthalmology offices in the New Jersey area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of multiple optical offices ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Financial Management: Handle full profit and loss responsibilities, including financial reporting and management.
- Staff Management: Schedule and manage staff to ensure optimal patient flow and staff level loading.
- Marketing Management: Oversee marketing efforts, including external vendor management, lead generation, patient coordination, consultations, and conversions.
- Contract Management: Ensure cost-effective physician and provider contracts, and timely insurance payments.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management, with a strong preference for experience in ophthalmology or optical settings.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle and reimbursement processes.
- Skills: Proven experience in managing both administrative and clinical staff.
Compensation:
$110-$150k annually based on experience
