A leading NYC based Health System is looking to bring on an Assistant General Counsel specialised in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant regulations, as well as corporate governance and transactional due diligence.

Requirements:

- JD from an accredited law school.

- 5+ years of experience with healthcare regulations and transactional matters.

This role is five days a week on-site in New York City.
