The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Designer with 2–5 years of agency experience who’s ready to bring ideas to life through captivating design and dynamic visual storytelling. If you have a passion for creating jaw-dropping designs, and the ambition to grow into a well-rounded creative, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand designs for campaigns across digital, print, social, and beyond.
• Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions, bringing conceptual thinking to the table.
• Apply high-level visual aesthetics to agency, client and new business efforts.
• Translate complex concepts into visually striking presentations that win hearts and minds.
• Tell stories through visuals that resonate, inspire, and push boundaries.
• Incorporate motion graphics and animation into your work (bonus points if you can make static designs come alive!).
What We’re Looking For:
• Agency Experience: 2–5 years in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment.
• Conceptual Ability: You’re not just a maker—you think creatively and contribute big ideas through ideation, exploration and craft, to execute original and iconic design concepts, while staying on brief.
• Visual Storytelling: A knack for distilling narratives into compelling visual experiences.
• Presentation Design: Contribute to core client and business development efforts, by helping to craft visually engaging presentations that make the audience sit up and take notice.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Sketch experience is a bonus.
• Solution Seeker: Student of art, culture, and technology, who can identify new and innovative approaches and apply emerging technologies to ground-breaking design concepts.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working within budgets and delivering on deadlines.
• Branding + Vis ID: Strong understanding of branding processes, brand identity design and establishing guidelines.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Ability to create unique, one-of-a-kind imagery that elevates the creative idea. (Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools is a strong plus).
• Collaboration & Drive: You thrive in a team setting, take feedback gracefully, and are hungry to learn and grow.

The pay range for this position in Illinois is expected to be between $50,000 to $70,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective considerations
