Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all aspects of on-site project management. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities, including schedules and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to building codes and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily logs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required; related degree or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
