Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee and manage medium-to-large-scale projects across various teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires effective communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Coordinate and oversee project tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration between departments.
- Facilitate team meetings, resolving conflicts and ensuring accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare post-project evaluations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of project management experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Any formal PM training or PMP is a huge plus.
