Plant Manager - Packaging

We’re seeking a Plant Manager to lead the way in manufacturing excellence by taking charge of daily operations and driving success at this eco-conscious company. This leadership role is your chance to make an impact in safety, quality, productivity, and profitability , while fostering a positive team culture at a new facility in eastern Arkansas.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion Safety & Compliance : Ensure a safe workplace and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Optimize Operations : Achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets while driving asset reliability.
• Inspire Your Team : Lead people development initiatives, including training and retention.
• Drive Financial Performance : Oversee P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Build Community Relations : Represent the values of this green company to stakeholders and the local community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field.
• Packaging (paper, pulp, or formed molding) background
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, including maintenance and reliability.
• Proven expertise in P&L management and strategic planning.
• A flexible, hands-on leader committed to operational excellence.
