Job Title: Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for developing, leading, and directing the store operations of a portfolio of 60 to 100 locations for Quick Quack Car Wash. The Director will help create, manage, and implement standards and best practices across all stores. The Director will be responsible for maintaining cross-functional relationships and implementing effective change across the organization at scale. This person will supervise Regional Operations Leaders, ensuring they are performing above the minimum expectations of performance while following the policy and procedures of the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets the example of Quick Quack’s mission, vision, and values at all times.
  • Leverages data to rapidly implement programs for improvement across the entire company.
  • Builds intimate knowledge of financial statements and trends, including the ability to identify outliers and opportunities for improvement across the organization.
  • Creates and influences financial forecasts and budgets across the organization to execute accurately and meet or exceed planned outcomes.
  • Sets objectives and evaluates the performance of regional operations leadership team.
  • Works with peers on scalable initiatives to improve the experience of Quick Quack customers and team members across all store locations.
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with all support teams and vendors to facilitate financial success and effective change management.
  • Possesses the knowledge, skill set, and drive to set and maintain a high standard for wash quality, team member experience, and customer experience across all stores.
  • Able and willing to manage a dynamic and changing workforce in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to hire, create, and maintain a culture of smart, kind, and driven regional leaders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven track record of revenue and EBITDA growth through multi-unit leadership.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft office suite, PowerBi, Sharepoint, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and problem-analysis skills.
  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.


Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This person will work regularly outside in a loud environment surrounded by equipment. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping. The position requires travel (50-75%).
