Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Pay: $31.81/hour
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical/automotive setting (dealership experience, such as technicians or service writers, is acceptable).
Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: 8 hour shifts between 7:00am to 6:00pm
Conde Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Serve as a technical resource, addressing day-to-day inquiries from Consumer Affairs teams and presenting information clearly to facilitate case progression.
- Manage the internal mailbox to filter and disseminate technical details related to recalls and campaigns.
- Act as an internal consultant, providing expert advice on technical matters across all vehicle models.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business-specific technical processes and requirements.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to address business needs through thorough user engagement and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and management to address technical challenges effectively.
- Identify and procure resources to successfully deliver technical training programs.
- Communicate technical updates, recommendations, and insights to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Provide informed solutions for consumer affairs cases to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Position Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency with computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other relevant software tools.
- Familiarity with business processes, systems, and technical software applications.
- Minimal travel required (day or overnight).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain professional relationships across teams and departments.
