We are seeking a reliable, organized, and collaborative Family Assistant to support a HNW household in Los Angeles. The primary responsibility for this role will be meal preparation and ensuring smooth daily operations of the home. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a highly collaborative environment and enjoy assisting with various tasks to maintain a harmonious household.

Key Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation:

• Prepare simple, straightforward meals (e.g., meat and potatoes) based on a repetitive menu that reflects the family’s preferences.
• Grocery shopping based on a prepared list, ensuring kitchen staples are always stocked.

Driving Assistance:

• Act as a backup driver for family transportation needs, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays.

Light Housekeeping:

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and two staff bathrooms.
• Assist with general tidying and organization, including collaboration with other team members for deeper cleaning tasks.

Errand Running:

• Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up items from a prepared list.

Pet Care:

• Assist with care for the family’s dog (a highly trained service dog turned pet), including walking, feeding, and cleanup as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a creative, collaborative environment where team members often wear multiple hats.
• Open to a routine-focused household, adhering to established meal preferences and schedules.
• Proactive and willing to pitch in wherever needed to ensure the household runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Experience in meal preparation and light housekeeping preferred.
• Comfortable around dogs and willing to assist with pet care.

Schedule: Fully onsite- Tuesday-Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Compensation: $30/hr
