Typical Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive staff, helping to manage calendars, travel arrangements, and strategic engagements
- Streamline communication and ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, handling scheduling, email correspondence, and other key tasks
- Collaborate with team members across multiple verticals to align goals and identify opportunities for optimization
- Assist in implementing and refining operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support financial management tasks, including assisting with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Help monitor coding accuracy, reduce denials, and track collections
- Assist in efforts related to the expansion of new locations, including real estate coordination and operational readiness
- Support the execution of high-impact organizational events, reflecting the growth and mission
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years previous similar experience managing administrative/office management tasks for senior executives, in the healthcare/medical industry a plus
- Ability to think ahead and take initiative, anticipating needs and optimizing processes
- Experience with process improvement and operational workflows
- Proficient with tools like G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep things running smoothly
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Location: Katy, Texas (fully, in-office)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Compensation: $75,000 - $130,000, DOE
