Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position : Onsite

We are seeking a Post Closer/Data Entry Specialist to join our team! This is an onsite position located in Troy , NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately closing out posts and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and close posts in our system
• Accurately enter and update data into various software programs
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in data entry or related roles is a plus
