We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Restaurant Manager to lead the FOH team and contribute to the strategic growth of an iconic restaurant in Montclair. This unique role offers the opportunity to become to not only manage but create the dining experience .

What You Will Do
- Plan and Manage Day to Day Operations of the FOH Staff including Bar and Dining Room
- Run Pre shifts daily for the team.
- Train the team on steps of service, menu & wine knowledge, food safety and more.
- Manage Reservations and flow of diners
- Create and Execute with ownership a share view of an outstanding dining experience.
What You Need
- Minimum of 5 years in progressive Management roles, including at least 3 years as an Restaurant Manager in high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
- A proven leader that leads by example and is hands-on.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost control.
- Exceptional passion for innovation and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to contribute to the strategic vision and success of the business.
