We are seeking a talented Sous Chef for a private club located near Vero Beach, FL ! This luxury club offers guests a wide range of food and beverage amenities including multiple a la carte dining outlets, bars, and private event spaces. Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus a great benefits package, relocation assistance (if needed), and much more!
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising the food production functions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchens
- Ensure the quality of the product being served
- Assist in designing and creating menus for the restaurant
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Five years’ culinary experience, encompassing all phases of food preparation and
- kitchen operations required
- Experience with a golf club or resort is strongly preferred
- Strong experience working in fast-paced and high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Great culinary experience and creativity
