Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience of recent experience as an administrative professional
  • Upbeat personality and a team player
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills
  • Microsoft Excel/Word experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate's degree in related field strongly preferred but not required
  • Minimum of HR diploma


Responsibilities:



  • General administrative support in our insurance department
  • Updating vendor information in database
  • Processing vendor paperwork and documents
  • Sending quotes to insurance carriers
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, and emailing documents
  • Reviewing supplier websites for accuracy
  • Communicating with our carriers and vendors through email and phone
  • Support to other departments when needed
