Full Time Quality Engineering role
- Lead quality improvement efforts using statistical analysis to reduce defects, returns, and complaints.
- US Citizen or GC status only
- Automation and/or plastics experience a plus.
- Monitor and report on plant quality metrics.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in design, production, and suppliers.
- Support commercialization, GMP, GDP, and SQF compliance activities.
- Oversee daily operations of the quality lab (Calibration, SPC, Gage R&R, etc.).
- Collaborate with operations to develop PFMEA and manage outsourced product performance.
- Ensure safety compliance and contribute to EHS goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a preferred degree in STEM fields.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
