About Us:
A nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and improving the well-being of our community. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the organization's calendar.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
  • Assist with patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable.

Pay- $18-20hr Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Immediate start.
