Job Description

A large wealth management firm in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking a Receptionist.

Pay: $23 - $26/hr


Responsibilities:
  • Handle mail and ensure it is distributed appropriately.
  • Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies and kitchen areas, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Clean and maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Generate labels for office use as needed.
  • Assist with setting up for staff meetings and cleaning up afterward.
Qualifications:
  • Basic familiarity with MS Office, with a preference for candidates who have more technical expertise.
  • Minimum customer service experience; administrative experience is preferred.
  • Experience in financial management is a plus.
  • Primarily a reception position, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
