Applications Analyst

• System Oversight : Manage core systems, including installation, upgrades, and customization.
• User Support : Provide technical guidance, training, and issue resolution for end users.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation.
• System Maintenance : Monitor compliance, execute updates, and participate in integration testing.
• Collaboration : Serve as a liaison among business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Development & Analysis : Support software lifecycle processes, create test cases, and generate complex reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in application support.
• Expertise in ERP, WMS, MDM, and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
