The Web Design and Videography Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily digital, web design and multimedia production needs of the marketing department. This role will focus on updating and maintaining the company’s website, creating engaging video content, and ensuring that all digital and physical assets align with brand standards. This role will also be responsible for the development of corporate presentations, stationaries and overall company documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and technical skills, enabling them to produce high-quality web and video content that enhances the company’s online presence, helps drive marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing, sales colleagues and communication agency and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Videography & Multimedia Support:
• Assist with the production of video content for various marketing campaigns, including customer testimonials, product demos, and promotional videos.
• Capture and edit video footage, ensuring high production quality and consistency with brand messaging.
• Help create motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to complement video content.
• Manage and maintain the company’s video content library.
• Adapt video content for use across different platforms, such as the website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Ensure all video and multimedia content is accessible and responsive, with proper captions and descriptions, to comply with industry accessibility standards.
Creative Design:
• Development of corporate Power Point presentations, brochures, videos, stationaries and overall company and product documentation.
• Collaborate with external communication agency, graphic designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure all web and video assets support the company’s marketing strategies.
• Partner with the social media team to develop video-first content for various platforms, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Ensure all web and video content is consistent with brand identity and guidelines.
Web Design & Maintenance:
• Assist communication agency with day-to-day updates to the company’s website, ensuring that content is accurate, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
• Design and implement web pages, using WordPress and email templates using Constant Contact while maintaining established brand guidelines.
• Work with IT, communication agency and digital marketing teams to troubleshoot any website issues, ensuring a seamless online experience for users.
• Optimize website layouts and visuals for performance and responsiveness across all devices.
Day-to-Day Support:
• Provide day-to-day technical support and creative input for ongoing web design projects and videography needs.
• Assist with video shoots, including setup, lighting, and camera operation.
• Monitor website and video performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Develop creative and execute set up of weekly emails.
• Manage email and text platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact and WhatsApp.
• Assist in the fulfillment and distribution of marketing materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of minimum experience in web design, video production, email marketing or a related field.
• Advertising Agency experience is a must.
• Proficiency in web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS), video production/animation/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and email marketing software.
• Interest and some proficiency in the use of AI platforms applied to graphic design.
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design and video content.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management skills. Strong organization, time management and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with video hosting platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo) and social media video formats.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web performance tools.
