About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in remapping our platform for enterprise app integration, managing ongoing projects, and driving the development and evangelization of new patterns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead and inspire a team through complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Integration: Lead the remapping of our platform for enterprise app integration, ensuring seamless integration at the enterprise level while managing in-flight projects.
• Team Management: Oversee the team's approach to projects, promote and evangelize new patterns, and build momentum within the team.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships, building trust and respect among stakeholders.
• Thought Leadership: Provide expert-level technical knowledge and consulting skills, serving as a subject matter expert and inspiring others about agile principles and their benefits.
• Strategic Planning: Evaluate the organization's culture and structure, collaborate with client staff to establish a long-term vision, and create strategies for successful implementation.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure all deliverables are met in alignment with the Statement of Work, support a shift to product-centric delivery, and oversee delivery planning and project risks.
• Performance Tracking: Develop metrics and track/evaluate the performance of programs, services, and initiatives. Provide meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.
• Governance Support: Assist Product Owners in managing expectations for project deliverables, stakeholder communications, and implementing effective project governance.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement new ways of thinking and working, create a culture focused on value delivery, and support long-term sustainment through Centers of Excellence and Communities of Practice.
• Consulting Skills: Demonstrate professional-level consulting skills, leadership skills, and executive-level communication/presentation skills. Adapt and acquire new skills to meet business needs.
• Innovation: Continually seek creative solutions, add value, and proactively provide solutions to meet client needs. Participate in sales pursuits by providing strategic guidance and estimates.

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in project and program management, including all project methodologies.
• 2+ years of Portfolio/Program Management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of agile and waterfall experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Organizational Design, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field (Master’s Degree a plus).
• Thorough understanding of Agile Methodology, Agile and/or Project Management certifications preferred.
• Experience and/or exposure to AWS.
• Excellent creative, conceptual, storytelling, and analytic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a team setting and independently.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
