Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with finance teams to oversee project budgets, financial planning, and cost management.
• Manage contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on finance, contracts, and supplier management.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to suggest and implement process improvement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
