- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with finance teams to oversee project budgets, financial planning, and cost management.
- Manage contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on finance, contracts, and supplier management.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to suggest and implement process improvement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
