Project Execution Consultant - Trade Controls

Large Banking Client

Duration: 12 months - potential to extend and or convert FTE

Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote

Top Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience
• Project Management/Execution Experience
• Large Enterprise Banking/Financial Experience (Ideally Large transformative initiative experience at a bank/financial client)
• Someone who has a consultative mindset. Working as a consultant but in the sense that they can function independently. Want someone who is comfortable making suggestions.
• Regulatory Experience - Controls, etc.
• MS Suite, PP, Excel, JIRA, MS Project

Plus:

• Capital Markets/Trading Background

Overall Project:

This person would be coming in to support our clients market conduct program. They are making sure the right controls are in place for front line traders. Building out what those controls are. So the person coming in is more execution/PM. They currently have a project plan in place but this person will be executing on the plan and other tasks, to make sure everything is running smoothly

Job Description:

Independent worker, with extensive PM experience in planning and execution, consultative approach. Regulatory based project experience on large change/transformations initiatives a plus.

Works closely with the trading team, they provide the tools to understand enterprise regulations and policies, make sure they understand the documentation and how to manage projects

Supports regulatory change control, new regulations, manages team of project and program managers, on the execution side, getting implemented

Need these people to be experienced and hit the ground running, understand methodologies, documentation, working with stakeholders, stakeholder management, key deliverables/documents, can they understand charters, putting that together

Likes to see people from a financial services background, consulting, capital markets is a plus (that can be learned)
