The Indoor Golf Shop team is growing! We are an online retailer, distributor, and manufacturer of the very best indoor golf products. Our business is run by golfers, for golfers, and is dedicated to helping others create the golf simulator studio of their dreams. We offer the best indoor golf equipment, information, resources, and support for golfers looking to play the game they love, anytime they want.

To accommodate this rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team with a Project Manager in our TX office. The Project Manager – WMS Systems oversees the planning, development and integration of WMS systems. Managing the functionality of new WMS systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems. Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with WMS systems

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning, development and integration of WMS systems
• Managing the functionality of new WMS systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to current systems
• Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems
• Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes for WMS projects
• Training users on new and upgraded systems
• Managing change across the organization to ensure a gradual adoption of the new system
• Other duties as assigned

Experience And Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes & WMS systems (3 - 5 years)
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and shipping/receiving functions
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, forecasting tools)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
