Overview

We are seeking a Director of Growth and Marketing to lead business development and marketing efforts. This role will drive new business growth, manage marketing strategies, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business development and marketing, with proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Lead proposal development for new business opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, strategic submissions.
• Develop insights for RFPs and align growth plans with company strategy.
• Manage the business pipeline and CRM system.
• Support project handoffs and maintain the growth database.

Marketing

• Execute strategies to enhance company visibility.
• Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, email, and the website.
• Create content and oversee digital marketing channels.
• Keep the website updated with news and case studies.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Wordpress, LinkedIn, Google SEM) and CRM software.
