  • Diving deep into each client's business to become their marketing expert and trusted advisor.
  • Writing detailed creative briefs that keep projects on track and expectations aligned.
  • Developing and presenting performance reports, showcasing campaign success and insights.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure creative quality and consistency.
  • Strategically implementing campaigns across social, email, web, print, paid media, and more.
  • Actively pursuing and supporting new business opportunities alongside Agency leadership.
  • Staying ahead of marketing trends and sharing your knowledge with clients and teammates.
  • Using the StoryBrand® framework to simplify and clarify messaging for every client.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the Agency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong client service experience, with a proven track record of strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire clients and team members.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy, with a commitment to grace under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Slack.

Benefits:
