We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Business Intelligence Analyst with a primary focus on Power BI and database querying. This role involves facilitating informative insights through meticulous management of data visualization, analytics, and tailored reports based on business procedures. The perfect candidate will blend technical prowess with a deep comprehension of manufacturing operations to empower data-driven decision-making across various sectors including accounting, production quality, and operations.

~Key Responsibilities include:

Mastering Power BI Administration and Development:

• Establish and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Supervise the Power BI setting, assuring the correct arrangement, governance, and safety.
• Enhance Power BI efficiency by controlling data models, DAX calculations, and illustrations.
• Systematize and time data updates for punctual reporting for manufacturing processes.

Conducting Database Querying and Data Integration:

• Compose and hone sophisticated SQL queries for data extraction and transformation from manufacturing ERP systems.
• Construct and uphold ETL operations for assimilating data from varying systems.
• Foster real-time data visualization for manufacturing scales.

Participating in Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate extensively with departmental groups to comprehend their data requirements and conscribe them into implementable reporting resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams across accounting, production, quality, and operations to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement via data insights.
• Educate and assist users in employing Power BI for reporting.

Ensuring Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

• Supervise the performance of BI tools and address issues connected to data quality, reporting precision, and system performance.
• Continually modify reports and dashboards to fulfil changing business and operational prerequisites.
• Keep updated with the latest trends in Power BI, data analytics, and manufacturing technologies.
