Community hospital looking to bring on Director Med/Surg! Bonus Incentives!

Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability.

Director reports to an ACNO and then to a CNO (there is lots of opportunity to grow and advance!)

Oversight over a 42 bed Med/Surg unit.

57 FTEs (Director, Manager, 4 CNCs or Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs)

• Licensed RN with BSN.
• 2+ years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Manager level experience from an inpatient acute hospital setting.
• BCLS or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days.
