Hospital system needing Market Director of Case Management! Bonus incentives and sign on!

Will oversee 2-4 campuses and oversee a team and each location of both case Managers and Social Workers.

• Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.
• 3+ years in a Leadership role overseeing a Case Management department out of an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of hospital discharge planning, utilization review needed.,
• CCM preferred.
