CNC Programmer

Our client is seeking a seasoned CNC Programmer with 7+ years of experience to join their team of three programmers. The ideal candidate will not only bring strong programming expertise but also serve as a mentor to less experienced team members. This role requires proficiency in 3-axis and 5-axis programming and a solid background in machining.

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of CNC programming experience.
• CNC Machinist experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
• Humble, adaptable, and capable of mentoring others.

Details:

• Schedule: 4x10, Monday-Thursday, with flexible start times (6:00–7:00 AM) and lunch breaks (30 minutes to 1 hour). On-site, Clackamas, OR. Target Salary is $70-90K/yr. plus full benefits.
