Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and reliable Area Manager to help our client oversee cleaning accounts across designated regions. This full-time role offers a flexible 40-hour schedule with opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Oversight: Support the management of cleaning accounts in a specified region, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cleaners, helping with hiring, training, and providing on-the-job support.
- Scheduling and Flexibility: Assist with scheduling team members, and be willing to fill in for cleaning duties as needed.
- New Account Launches: Aid in setting up new accounts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth account starts.
- Monthly Inspections: Conduct monthly site inspections to maintain standards and improve service where needed.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where weekly schedules may vary.
- Travel Requirements: Use your reliable personal vehicle to travel to and from customer locations across the designated region including Downtown OKC, North OKC, South OKC, Moore, and Norman.
