We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to grow new business sales within an assigned territory. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads, cold calling, and showcasing the value of our first aid and safety solutions to prospective clients.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, phone outreach, and lead follow-ups.
- Leverage CRM tools to document activity, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance.
- Support marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Learn from and collaborate with other Account Executives to refine strategies and adopt best practices.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in outside sales, especially in industrial or blue-collar environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards.
- A strong track record of closing sales, building relationships with decision-makers, and prospecting new business.
- Experience with CRM platforms for documenting sales activities.
