Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Plant Operations leader!

Oversees all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. Includes planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing facility upgrades and repairs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Associate’s Degree or Plant Operations Experience of 5 years minimum, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in a healthcare setting required.
• Handled with Care (HWC) within 45 days of hire.
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
• OSHA or other safety certifications preferred.
