Organization in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a temp to perm recruiting coordinator. Looking for a candidate with 1+ years as a recruiting coordinator and experience working with an ATS or HRIS system. Must be detail-oriented, eager to learn and be a quick learner.
Onsite Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay rate: $25-30/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and onsite
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Compile and follow up on post-interview feedback and generate reports
- Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT
- Prepare onboarding information and materials for new hires
- Manage the recruitment inbox
- Assist the recruitment team with additional tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or supporting an HR team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
