Green Key Resources is looking for a driven and detail-focused Business Analyst to join a Strategic Services team. This role involves supporting the creation of business strategies, improving operational processes, and managing data analysis, reporting, and entry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance reviews on existing reports to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Create interactive dashboards and update recurring reports
• Support project management and collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needs
• Analyze and model data to identify insights and improve operations
• Assist the Senior Analyst and deliver monthly performance summaries

Required Skills:

• Basic SQL knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret data and create clear, actionable reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Skilled in presenting analytical insights to senior leaders
