Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of various IT systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can respond to issues promptly, even outside of regular business hours, to support our 24/7 operations.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange, Defender, Defender for Cloud Apps, Compliance.
- Experience with Azure/Entra ID Conditional Access, Resource Groups.
- Proficiency in On-Prem/Online PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Wisenet, Equacvision, Meraki Portal, and Brivo Access Control.
- Ability to manage user onboardings and offboardings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to respond to IT issues outside of regular business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ManageEngine MDM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview Content Search.
- Previous experience in a 24/7 business environment.
