About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure, providing exceptional support to our end-users, and driving continuous improvement within our IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Remote Desktop (RDP)/Thin Client environments.
- Maintain and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019).
- Manage and administer Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls (Meraki).
- Manage and support endpoint devices, including Windows desktops/laptops and Apple products for field employees.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users across multiple locations (4 states, 3 time zones, 14 locations).
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Onboard and offboard user accounts, including Active Directory and other relevant systems.
Technical Knowledge Needed:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019), Windows 10/11, macOS
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, Intune, O365
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routers (Meraki), Switches, Firewalls
- Virtualization: Experience with Remote Desktop (RDP)/Thin Client environments
- Security: Active Directory, MFA, Security best practices
