Job Description:

• The contracted professional will be the only technical person in a small team performing the assessment. The professional needs to be good in communication and presentation skills also should have experience in evaluating, architecting, and developing required technical documentations to cover technical requirements, gap assessment, current and future state high-level system and solution architecture, information architecture, master data management, integration and security architecture. The professional must be familiar with the on-premise data center and cloud hosting options and incorporate them in the analysis and documentation.Required 5+ years of experience in GAP Assessments with the following technology platforms:
• Custom Solution, Microsoft .NET, SQL DB hosted on client Data Center
• XML Database / Integration
• Kologik, XML Informatica, XML
• Desired experience in state and local government and/or law and enforcement agencies
