What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to recruit for a wide range of roles, including scientific, engineering, sales, and leadership positions.
- Source top talent using tools like Oracle Recruiting Cloud and LinkedIn Recruiter .
- Build and maintain strong relationships in a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Work onsite and interact face-to-face with at least 50% of hiring managers to ensure alignment and success.
We’re seeking a recruiter with:
- 3-10 years of experience (agency or in-house; med tech/diagnostics preferred but not required).
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and HRBPs.
- A Bachelor’s degree and a passion for growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience is preferred.
