The Marketing Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations, U.S. Brand Management. The Marketing Operations Manager provides overall support for the Marketing Team’s operational functions. The Marketing Operations team partners with Marketing as well as with Compliance, Medical and other key cross-functional teams.
Lead and facilitate the corporate review process for promotional materials through our, Promotional Review Board (PRB). PRB is the governing and approving board for all externally facing educational or promotional materials as well as internal training materials. Responsibilities encompass leading the weekly PRB team meetings, transcribing comments during live PRB meetings, prioritizing, updating, and distributing meeting agendas, and working with Brand, Compliance, Medical and Agencies to ensure that all content and claims in promotional materials are accurate and comply with FDA guidelines. Additionally, the person in this role will oversee the timely submission of all promotional materials to the FDA’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP).
