Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator to its team. This role will work onsite in Ontario, CA and works Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a 2 to 3-month contract role that pays $22.75 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, high attention to detail, and prior real estate marketing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks primarily within the digital marketing space, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly marketing performance reports to assess and optimize strategies.
- Design, create, and update marketing collateral, including brochures, to maintain brand consistency and appeal.
- Develop and refine offering memorandums to communicate value propositions effectively to target audiences.
- Conceptualize and implement campaign strategies and logics to drive engagement and achieve business goals.
- Compile, organize, and bind comprehensive packages for marketing presentations or distribution purposes.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong marketing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail, organized, ability to proof-read and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Real Estate marketing experience
- Good writing skills
