Job Summary

The Design Engineer is responsible for designing product concepts for existing products and new products. This role proactively gathers feedback from multiple sources to ensure their work is aligned with the needs and vision of the project. The ideal candidate for this role is a critical thinker and Excellent communicator with an ability to quickly iterate on concepts is crucial for success in this role. 

This is an in-person role, located in Boise, Idaho.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design product concepts, including special options for current product lines and new product line projects
• Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders, internally and externally to ensure work is aligned with needs
• Iterate swiftly on concepts until products are released
• Possesses creative, problem-solving skills

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in design engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with CAD software, preferably Autodesk/Inventor
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to design for manufacturability
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
