Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Miami, Florida

Compensation: $175,000–$230,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Our client, an established general contractor with over 20 years of excellence in high-end commercial, retail, and residential projects throughout Broward and Dade Counties, is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. With a robust pipeline of $60M+ projects and plans to grow into Orlando and Tampa, this is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned leader to contribute to a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for high-value construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff, to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, implement cost controls, and ensure all projects comply with local building codes and industry regulations.
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management roles, specifically in commercial, retail, or high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record managing $50M+ projects in Florida.
• Extensive knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently while maintaining a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
