About the Role:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring exceptional quality, meticulous attention to detail, and timely delivery. These bespoke luxury homes require someone with a sharp eye for high-end finishes and a dedication to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Enforce strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to achieve their vision.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
